Cindy Riley

Cindy Riley, 65, of Louisa, KY passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Cindy was born March 10, 1961 in Mount Vernon, OH to the late Earl and Sandra (Smith) Riley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her children's father Robert James Kinkaid; 1 sister; and 1 brother.

Survivors include her children Robert Kinkaid, Steven Kinkaid, and Christy Kinkaid; many grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; caregiver and daughter in love Christa Howell; loving friend Benjamin Terry; 2 sisters; and 3 brothers.

Cindy loved her coffee and she loved all animals. She was devoted to her family and loved them dearly.

The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset funeral expenses.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Ms. Riley and her family.
