Lindsey Robertson

Lindsey "June" Robertson, Jr., 91, of Fort Gay, WV went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. June was born August 7, 1935 in Fort Gay, WV to the late Lindsey and Nona (Kitts) Robertson.

June was a member of Tabors Creek Church and was saved at 90 years old. He loved his church and it was a joy for him to attend.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Faye (Kelley) Collins, Cora (Lonnie) Hensley, Eloise (Glen) Trosper, Bernard (Barb) Robertson, Dave (Ruby) Robertson, Hazel (Frank) Robertson, Earnest (Jean) Robertson, and Martha (Ron) Toppings.

Survivors include his sister Bertha Waller; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; and special cousins and caregivers JD and Hattie Marcum.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 24, 2026 at 12:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Denny Brown and Tommy Fuller officiating. Burial will follow in the Robertson Cemetery on Spruce Creek. Friends may visit the family Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 10:00 AM until time of service in the Young Funeral Home Chapel.
