Shawna Pankey

Shawna Cantrell Pankey, 62, of Huntington, WV left this world on Monday, January 5, 2026. She was born October 15, 1963 in Lawrence County, KY to the late Homer Jay and Katherine (Henson) Cantrell.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Helen Harmon.

Survivors include her husband Josh Pankey; son William Cantrell; and siblings Alberta (Joseph) Diamond, Lovada Cantrell, Jimmy Cantrell, Benny Ray Cantrell, and Gloria Cantrell.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Pankey and her family.
